PBS39’s fourth annual Explorer Day is coming...Join us there!

Explorer Day will take place, rain or shine, on Saturday, June 3 from 10:00am to 2:00pm on the grounds of PBS39 located at 2501 East Coliseum Blvd. Admission is free!

This annual fun fest at northeast Indiana’s public television station features a variety of activities for children and families, from story time sessions, science experiments, music, games and more. Interactive entertainment, including demonstrations, art projects and sing-alongs from local childrens’ bands will be part of this fun mix. A mascot parade is scheduled for 10:30am, led by PBS39’s own mascot, Ryder. Area food trucks will also be on site to provide refreshment for kids and their families. Local first responders, featuring a display and interaction with the Fort Wayne Fire Department will also be on hand.

Admission to this special event is free, as is parking.

Parking will be available in the former Verizon Building parking lot located at the intersection of Trier Road and East Coliseum Boulevard, in addition to limited event parking on the Coliseum Boulevard side of PBS39.

This annual celebration of families and learning would not be possible without sponsorship and underwriting from:
